Certain goods cannot be shipped under any circumstances, including but not limited to dangerous goods, hazardous materials, counterfeit items, illegal products, restricted luxury goods, or items prohibited by courier, customs, export, or import regulations.
We may reject, return to sender, hold, or dispose of any prohibited or restricted goods without prior notice. Where disposal, return, storage, customs handling, or other related actions incur costs, you agree to reimburse PrivyLux for all associated expenses.
It is solely your responsibility to ensure that any goods purchased or shipped through our service comply with the laws, regulations, and import requirements of the destination country. PrivyLux accepts no liability for goods seized, delayed, refused, or destroyed by customs authorities or carriers.
If prohibited or restricted goods are sent to us, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless PrivyLux, including its employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates, against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, fines, penalties, or expenses arising from such goods or their shipment.
PrivyLux reserves the right to update or amend these restrictions at any time without prior notice.
