    1.3 By accessing the Site or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

  2. Nature of Services
    2.1 PrivyLux provides a personal shopping and item retrieval service, acting on behalf of customers to source and collect goods from third-party retailers (“Suppliers”).
    2.2 We act solely as an agent on your behalf and are not the seller, manufacturer, or owner of any goods purchased.
    2.3 All purchases are made based on the information and instructions provided by you. You are responsible for ensuring that all details are accurate and complete.
  3. Orders and Payment
    3.1 By placing a request, you authorise us to act on your behalf to source and/or purchase goods.
    3.2 We may require full payment in advance of providing the Services.
    3.3 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any request at our discretion.
  4. Availability of Goods
    4.1 We do not guarantee the availability of any item requested.
    4.2 Stock levels, pricing, and availability are determined by Suppliers and may change without
    notice.
    4.3 We are not responsible for any inability to obtain goods due to factors outside of our control, including but not limited to stock shortages, supplier restrictions, or pricing changes.
  5. Cancellations
    5.1 Requests may be cancelled prior to the commencement of service. 5.2 Once a service has begun, cancellations may not be possible, and charges may apply
  6. Returns and Refunds
    6.1 Where PrivyLux facilitates a return on your behalf, a handling fee will apply.
    6.2 Refunds for returned items will be issued as the original item cost minus the applicable handling fee.
    6.3 Service fees are non-refundable once the service has commenced.
    6.4 All returns are subject to the policies of the original Supplier. We are not responsible for any
    refusal, delay, or condition imposed by the Supplier.
  7. Liability
    7.1 We are not liable for the quality, condition, or performance of goods supplied by third-party retailers.
    7.2 We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or errors caused by suppliers or other third parties.
    7.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Services.
  8. Prohibited and Restricted Items
    8.1 We reserve the right to refuse to purchase, collect, or transport any item that is:
    – Illegal or restricted
    – Hazardous or unsafe
    – Impractical to handle or transport

    9.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
    9.2 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
